By installing or using Snapester, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the extension or website.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Snapester for personal or business screenshot creation, subject to these terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute any part of the service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Snapester only for lawful purposes. You may not use Snapester to violate applicable laws or regulations, infringe the intellectual property rights of others, distribute harmful, misleading, or abusive content, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any protected part of the service, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the extension or website.
Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, or the continued availability of any particular feature or third-party integration.
Content ownership
You retain full ownership of the screenshots, images, and source content you create or edit using Snapester. We do not claim any rights over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights or permissions necessary to use any content you process through the tool.
Intellectual property
The Snapester name, logo, interface design, and underlying code are owned by their respective creators and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Snapester is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Snapester, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Snapester after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
